- Golf course login credentials — encrypted and stored solely to book tee times on your behalf. These credentials are never shared or used for any other purpose.
- Booking and alert preferences — the courses, dates, and times you configure for alerts and bookings.
How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you via one-time SMS verification codes.
- To book tee times at golf courses on your behalf.
- To send you SMS and email notifications when tee times matching your alert preferences become available.
- To send booking confirmations and status updates.
SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Golf203, including:
- One-time verification codes for login.
- Booking confirmations and status updates.
- Tee time availability alerts you have configured.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. Reply HELP for support.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers solely to operate Golf203:
- Twilio — SMS delivery and phone verification.
- SendGrid — email delivery.
- Supabase — secure database storage.
- Google Cloud — hosting and infrastructure.
These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.
Data Security
Golf course credentials are encrypted before storage and never transmitted in plain text. All data is stored on servers located in the United States.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
